This is a “special request topic” by a Kink of the Week regular who’s anniversary falls this week, and who’s main fetish with her partner is Furries/Pet Play. She had originally phrased it to be “Pet Play & Furries,” but I kind of wanted to narrow the topic down a bit, as I believe there may be some distinctions between the two, and there are a number of kinksters that do pet play of some sort without ever getting into the”furries” aspect (and possibly furry play that isn’t pet play?) Since I’ve never come into contact with it, I’m really curious about that particular subculture.
That said, I have no CLUE about furries, what motivates them, what they enjoy about their kink, what it does for them and how a relationship that has a furry (or more than one) in it might work.
