Masturbating (does not have to be to orgasm but ideally) in a location or situation where there is a perceived risk of being caught. For example; the toilets at work, on a plane or other type of public transport, in your car, at home knowing someone else is home and might walk in on you etc.

The point is not to be caught as that would be more like exposing yourself to a unsuspecting person ( non consensual wanking in public is an offence and this topic is NOT that) but to get off on the thrill of doing it somewhere that gives you the buzz/thrill from it being illicit or risky.
